(02)   How treatment works

Why it's called a pathway

A trellis is the structure a plant climbs as it grows. Your treatment works the same way — the medicine helps your brain rebuild; the pathway keeps that growth steady and safe.

01

Comprehensive Evaluation

You meet your physician in person for a full diagnostic visit. We confirm this is the right treatment before any medicine is prescribed.

  • Psychiatric & medical history
  • Suitability & safety screening
  • A plan built around you
02

Supervised Induction

Your first doses happen in clinic, observed and monitored. We learn how you respond and calibrate the dose that's right for you.

  • Clinician-observed dosing
  • Vital monitoring throughout
  • Dose calibrated to response
03

At-Home Maintenance

Once you're stable, treatment continues in the comfort of home — with a trained peer monitor, virtual check-ins, and your physician on call.

  • Peer-monitored home sessions
  • Virtual visits & messaging
  • 90-day re-evaluation
(03)   Built for real life

Clinic-grade care, without the friction

Trellis Pathway runs on purpose-built software, so the parts that usually make treatment a hassle simply work.

01

Virtual visits

Secure video and a virtual waiting room — no commute for routine check-ins.

02

Effortless check-in

Paperwork handled before you arrive. Walk in and you're ready.

03

One-tap payment

Transparent pricing and saved one-tap pay — no card fumbling each visit.

04

Always reachable

Message your care team between visits. On-call coverage 24/7.

(04)   What sets us apart

A program, not a prescription pad

Most at-home ketamine arrives in the mail with little more than a video call. We do it differently.

Typical telehealth model
  • Pill ships after a 15-minute video form
  • No in-person physician relationship
  • Dose set once, rarely adjusted
  • No monitoring, no peer support
Trellis Pathway
  • Full diagnostic evaluation in person, every time
  • Supervised induction before any home dosing
  • Dose calibrated and re-evaluated at 90 days
  • Vetted peer monitor for every home session
Powered by Trellis

The software behind this clinic.

Trellis Pathway runs on Trellis — the same clinical platform we use to operate this Spravato® and ketamine program end-to-end: referrals, screening, supervised induction, REMS-aligned monitoring, and long-term maintenance. If you're a clinician building a program of your own, you can run it on the same rails.

What patients
ask first

Spravato® (esketamine) is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression and is what we run on a buy & bill basis through Medicare and most commercial plans. Generic IV and at-home sublingual ketamine are used off-label, under the same physician oversight.

Only after an in-person evaluation and a supervised induction in clinic. Once you're stable on dose, maintenance sessions are done at home with a vetted peer monitor present and a clinician on call.

Spravato® is typically billed to insurance and we handle prior authorization end-to-end. Medicare Part B covers Spravato administration on a buy & bill basis. IV and at-home ketamine programs are flat-rate cash pay.

Most patients we see have tried at least one or two antidepressants without full relief. Your evaluation covers diagnosis, medical history, and risk — we'll tell you honestly whether a Trellis Pathway program is the right fit, and what we'd recommend if it isn't.

Send a referral through our provider page. We confirm receipt within one business day, schedule the evaluation, and loop you in on diagnosis, treatment plan, and progress notes throughout the patient's program.
