Spravato® (esketamine) is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression. Generic IV and sublingual ketamine are used off-label.

Spravato® is typically billed to insurance and we handle prior authorization. IV and at-home ketamine programs are cash-pay at flat rates.

IV infusions run about 40–60 minutes plus a short recovery. Spravato requires a 2-hour monitored observation. At-home sessions are 60–90 minutes with a peer monitor.

A trained, background-checked person who observes your at-home session, takes vitals at intervals, and contacts the on-call clinician if anything is off.
